About Us Etills Ltd is the name of our company and we are dedicated to meeting all your needs. If you have any suggestions or comments about our company then emails can be sent to sales@etills.com

We have been trading for five years and our company has grown over this time. We stock and supply many ranges of bathroom and mobility products from many different manufacturers and suppliers. Most of our product range is aimed at people who are less able, however we do supply some products which are aimed at everyone e.g under our toilet section which states which toilets are recommended for mobility and which are aimed at everyone.
So feel free to browse our ranges and if you require anything that is not on the website and query whether we sell it or not. eg. coloured grab rails please feel free to contact us via email and we will try to do our best.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We charge delivery on all of our products depending how big the item and where it is going. There may be an extra charge to the cost of your order if you live in remote parts of the UK i.e. Scotland, Ireland and some parts of Wales. If you have ordered online and are in a remote part of the Country you may have to pay an extra fee on top of your order. One of our sales team would advise this issue and take a method of payment for the extra amount, as we cannot view customer details online.
Shipping charges for online orders are added at the end once completing all the steps in the shopping cart.
If you are ordering from another country, then we advise you to call our office to place your order as we will have to quote you for the delivery charge.
Delivery Schedule We shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery of the goods arising from circumstances outside our control including (but not limited to) lock-outs, fire accidents, and defective materials, delays in receipt of raw materials or brought goods or components.

We try to deliver products to customers within aprox 3-5 working days but we cannot guarantee this. Some items may take longer depending on where they are going to or if there is limited stock. We would advise you call or email us to check availability prior to order. Please notify us regarding late deliveries so we can take appropriate action.

ALWAYS CHECK FOR DAMAGES BEFORE SIGNING AS REFUNDS CANNOT BE GIVEN IF GOODS ARE SIGNED FOR.

Back Orders If items are out of stock we will advise you of this and where possible we will provide you with an alternate product or offer you with an immediate refund. However if the item is no longer available you will be automatically refunded
Tax Charges Orders made to our company that are being delivered in the UK are charged a 20.0 % VAT Charge regardless of where the invoice is going to. Unless the goods are being delivered to places allegeable for free delivery i.e. the Channel Islands or Southern Ireland we have to charge VAT.
VAT redemption for people with disabilities can be added as long as a builder or plumber is fitting the products for you without charging VAT you should also have some form of documentation that suggests you are allegeable for free delivery. You can call our office and ask us to send you a VAT redemption form. Once you have filled it out and sent it to us with relevant documents from your installer, an invoice will be raised for you without a VAT charge.
(You cannot order online if you do not wish to pay VAT)
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item to us up to 7days after the date of delivery. Providing the item is in the same condition received by yourselves you will receive a full refund excluding all delivery costs.

Privacy Policy BathroomShops do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy In no circumstances can we except back goods which have been specially procured from works or made by us to special instructions. Also we cannot accept goods which have deteriorated or have been damaged. Nothing in this clause shall oblige us to accept the return of goods and it will be entirely within our sole and absolute discretion as to whether or not the return of goods is to be accepted and under what circumstances.
When returning an item after our 7 day guarantee, which has been correctly supplied, a 35% Restocking fee and all necessary delivery charges will be taken from the total invoice amount and you will only be refunded the difference.
There are two ways of returning an item you can either send them direct to our office at your own cost. Alternatively a third party carrier can collect the unwanted goods from you. Please note if a third party carrier is used you will be liable for the charges in full.
